1- Congress Book: Your abstract and full texts will be published in the congress book with ISBN. No additional fee (included in the congress fee payment) is required for this.
2-Journals: The full texts of the participants will be published as articles in the following journals, provided that they pass the referee process. For this:
- Read the spelling rules and publication principles of the journal you prefer carefully.
- You need to edit your article in accordance with the journal's writing rules and upload / send it directly to the journal
- Your article will be published as an article, provided that it passes the journal referee process. Being a congress participant does not guarantee article publication in the journal.
- He is not involved in the journal referee and publishing process of our congress organization.
- Please keep in touch with the journal at every stage, including payment, from the date the article is submitted to the relevant journal.

Awards
The "best paper" awards will be given from among the full text of the papers which was sent to the Congress. Best paper awards will be evaluated each area separately. Awards will be determined according to the blind referee system.
Awards are;
- Researcher of the year of EMİD (Conditions: to be congress participant, to be 40 or more years of age, to apply with CV)
- Young researcher of the year of EMİD (Conditions: to be congress participant, to be under 40 years of age , to apply with CV)
- Special award of the year of EMİD (Proffered papers / for short speeches)
- Poster awards (First, Second, Third)
- Oral presentation award (First, Second, Third)
All awards will be held during the congress award ceremony will be presented to interested parties.
Awards deemed to have waived those who participate in the award ceremony.
