NOTE

According to the UAK legislation, our congress is of an international nature. Faculty/faculty appointments meet all the criteria based on appointments to associate professorship and professorship staff. 

• Abstracts and full texts undergo double blind reviewer audits. 
• Acceptance of the declaration requires the evaluation and approval of the reviewer. 
• There are scientists from at least 6 countries on the scientific boards of our congresses. 
• Ministry approved congress papers with ISBN number are published after the congress. 
• Our Congress meets all academic promotion criteria, including associate professorship. 

Academic Incentive

Criteria for academic incentive criteria of a congress according to the academic incentive regulation for 2023: 

• Participants from at least 5 countries outside Turkey. 
• More than half of the congress participants must be from outside Turkey. 

You can use your abstract or full texts published in the ISBN congress book in all academic categories, including associate professorship.

Awards

The "best paper" awards will be given from among the full text of the papers which was sent to the Congress. Best paper awards will be evaluated each area separately. Awards will be determined according to the blind referee system.

Awards are;

• Researcher of the year of EMID (Conditions: to be congress participant, to be 40 or more years of age, to apply with CV)
• Young researcher of the year of EMID (Conditions: to be congress participant, to be 40 or more years of age, to apply with CV)
• Special award of the year of EMID (Proffered papers / for short speeches)
• Poster awards (First, Second, Third)
• Oral presentation award (First, Second, Third)

All awards will be held during the congress award ceremony will be presented to interested parties.

Those who do not attend the award ceremony are deemed to have waived the award.
